How UPVOR leaderboards work: matchweek, form and season
Every competition on UPVOR has three boards — this matchweek, form and season — each one for the world, your country and your city. Here is how each one ranks you.
Every competition on UPVOR — the Premier League, LaLiga, Ligue 1, the Saudi Pro League and the rest — keeps its own leaderboards. They answer three different questions: who read this matchweek best, who is in form, and who leads the season.
Where the points come from
Each prediction is graded at the final whistle: 5 points for the exact score, 3 for the right goal difference, 2 for the right result, nothing for a miss. Your ×2 pick doubles one match each matchweek, so the best possible matchweek of ten matches is 55 points.
This matchweek
The matchweek board starts fresh every round. Predict any match of the current matchweek to join it, and watch it move as results come in.
Form
Form looks at your last 6 matchweeks only. Play at least 3 of them to be ranked. It is the board for a good run: a strong month counts here even if you joined the season late, and an old matchweek drops out as a new one is played.
Season
The season board adds up every matchweek you have played in that competition. Predict a single matchweek to join it. A postponed match still scores when it is eventually played, so your season total can end up higher than the matchweek totals published at the time.
World, country and city
Each of the three boards comes in three sizes: the World, your Country and your City. Your country and city come from the region in your profile — following other leagues never changes them. A city gets its own ranking once enough players from it have joined; until then, the World board is the place to look.
Ties and the podium
Players level on points are separated by the number of exact scores they called. On the season and form boards, players level on both share the same rank. The top three of every board stand on a podium, with the leader in gold.
Boosts are shown, not hidden
UPVOR also offers optional Boosts, which add points to a board and are disclosed on the purchase screen. When a player has used one, their row shows earned and bought points separately, so you always know how a score was made.
